1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 96cvip platform (the "Platform"), including its website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, you ("the Member" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. 96cvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to the 96cvip Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 96cvip does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited at the time of placing any bet or using any casino service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 96cvip or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to your jurisdiction, and you must not be subject to any court or administrative order restricting you from gambling.

96cvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Management

Each Member may hold only one account on the 96cvip Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 96cvip identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 96cvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 96cvip support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
• You must update your account details promptly if any personal information changes.
• 96cvip may suspend or close any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, following written notice to the registered email or mobile number.
• Any balance remaining in a dormant account will be held for a further period in accordance with applicable policy before being forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

96cvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) only. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, major Bangladeshi bank transfers (including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank), and Visa/Mastercard cards where applicable.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits published in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 96cvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. 96cvip reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within minutes; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• 96cvip does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 96cvip accepts no liability.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraud or terms violations.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

96cvip offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or betting markets specified in the offer terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• 96cvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where it suspects abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 96cvip Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of each bet before confirming it. 96cvip will not accept claims to void or amend a bet on the grounds of error after confirmation has been issued, except in circumstances where 96cvip determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.

• Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed and the outcome as officially declared.
• In the event of a match, event, or game being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or event type as published on the Platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game play as conducted by the studio provider. 96cvip does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all sports markets and casino games. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted at 96cvip's discretion.
• 96cvip reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 96cvip Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or access the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversal after funds have been used on the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

The Platform provides all members with access to deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. These tools are accessible from within the account dashboard at all times.

Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any point during your membership. Members who cannot provide satisfactory proof that they are aged 21 or above will have their accounts suspended and any balance held pending the outcome of the verification process. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 96cvip.

All rights in game content are reserved to those providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in any Platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

The 96cvip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96cvip excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform, its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• 96cvip will not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• 96cvip's total liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 96cvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

96cvip collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance purposes.

96cvip applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

12. Amendments and Termination

96cvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. You may close your account at any time by contacting 96cvip support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification requests. 96cvip may terminate your account immediately and without notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 96cvip Platform, you agree to first contact the 96cvip support team to attempt resolution informally. 96cvip will use reasonable efforts to respond to all disputes within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
